Overview
HD Sportwear's internal system covers the full path of a product: from fabric stock and cutting to finished goods, retail and wholesale sales. The manager sees the factory's state in real time. Screenshots are from live production, with sensitive data hidden.
The task
Production, warehouse and sales lived in separate spreadsheets. Nobody saw the full picture, and stock and statuses had to be reconciled by hand.
